Fence and Roof Maintenance

In the coming months, the board will be holding a fence evaluation to look at fence conditions in the neighborhood. Some of our homeowners have had recent issues with their fencing and roofs reaching the end of their life span. As North Pointe homes reach the20 year mark, please be aware of these potentially costly homeowner expenses. Now might be a goodtime take a look and evaluate the condition of your fencing and get your roof looked at and/or get price estimates for repairs/replacements. Perhaps you can talk to friends and/or neighbors to share information on different encountered issues, contractors, prices, etc. These steps can help you plan and be better prepared for any future expenses.
