Our HOA Board

Our HOA Board is made up of dedicated neighbors who volunteer their time to keep North Pointe running smoothly. From maintaining common spaces to planning for the future and representing residents’ interests, the Board helps ensure our community continues to be a safe, beautiful, and welcoming place to call home. Serving on the Board is a rewarding way to make a difference and get to know your neighbors better.

Volunteer Opportunities

Budget Committee – Work with our Treasurer and Association Business Manager to review and plan the annual budget for the upcoming year. (1 spot open)
Landscape Committee – Partner with our contracted landscaper to keep our common areas looking their best. (1 spot open)
